Some new signage

Today, the installers came out and put a name and a face together! Stop by to see the new etched glass signs for the Village Preschool on the front of the Carriage House, as well as this lovely memorial in the vestibule.
William Boyd was the chairman of LCC's board of trustees for decades, and grew the Center's investment account substantially through gifts he made and brokered. We are honored that Mr. Boyd's daughter, Spencer, chose to donate to the renovation as a memorial to her father's dedicated service. The William Boyd Carriage House joins the Ann Willets Boyd Library, housed in our cottage. Fitting that Mr. and Mrs. Boyd have spaces dedicated to their memory that look at each other across a playground.
